Here at Bruton Young Bookkeeping we are experts in a whole range of accountancy software. We work with the likes of Xero, QuickBooks & Sage. You may have heard of them, along with others. They are similar offerings, with different highlights. Some import your banking, credit card and PayPal transactions, others are HMRC recognised and there are even ones that have pop ups to remind you about your monthly VAT return deadline. Most offer a free trial, some have good offers for your first year. They charge you to use them though. Do your research! If you have software set up we can work directly on that for you. Some people don’t like computers or would rather a ‘person’ does their accounting for them. Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered. Modern day software simply makes everything easier. We still do your numbers but it’s a helping hand to make sure everything is kept on top of, is somewhere accessible and your figures can be easily submitted to the tax man. You can send us photos of your receipts via email, text message or even Facebook messenger. Maybe we can set up a Dropbox instead? Whatever works for you, works for us.
