You have a statutory duty as a business owner to "keep your books in good and proper order" and our service enables you to do this with minimum cost.

We can carry out regular transaction entry in Sage Line 50, QuickBooks Pro 2010 or Microsoft Excel (depending on the level of transactions) or set you up to enter your own data in a specially designed Excel spreadsheet.
VAT returns can be submitted directly to Her Majestys Revenue and Customs using their online system. We can liaise with Companies House, Her Majestys Revenue and Customs and other agencies on your behalf and can submit data to your accountant to complete your year end accounts.
We can attend your own premises on a regular basis or can work remotely. You can send your data by many methods including Royal Mail, courier, e-mail and fax.
If our service is carried out at your own premises this allows you to have constant access to your paperwork, however we return all paperwork as soon as we have finished entering it if our services are provided from our own well equipped offices. If you have Sage software installed on your own computer then we send a backup file to be restored to your system on completion of any entries.
At any stage you will have unlimited access to reports generated by Sage Line 50 or QuickBooks Pro 2010 so that you can monitor profitability, cash flow etc.
Our own accountant offers a reduced cost year end service based on our longstanding relationship and trust in the integrity of the data we provide.
Efficiently kept financial records can save many hundreds of pounds on the cost of your year end accountancy as the work that the accountant is required to do is much reduced by effective record keeping. Most accountancy firms accept a Sage or QuickBooks backup file and so do not need to see your original paperwork. Again this reduces their workload and hence their invoice!
